Baby bonus

Since Aug 17, the hottest topic is enhanced the Marriage & Parenthood Package. Dear dear and me are attacked by the same question..."you planning for 2nd one?" Well, frankly speaking, none of the benefits attract me..not sure about dd. Actually the 3 months maternity leave a bit too long for me..almost went crazy that time so shortened to
2 1/2 months and cleared the balance slowly. If take longer leave, maybe by time am back to office, my seat also gone liao...hahaaahaaa..However, the tax rebate sound good but wait till 2009 to see how it really benefit me lah..dun want to waste my brain cells now to calculate.

Watched a tv programme yesterday morning while pumping milk, it talked about this hot topic again. They interviewed this young couples who married for 3 years and still no kid. This couples find it's too "high risk" to have baby as the husband being retrenched few years back and still having the phobia. The reccession also pulling them down, so to them having kid is lose-lose situation. Although I am not agreed with his opinion, but one thing he said is really true. He said something like this..

如果真的敢敢的话，应该给免费教育，从幼稚园，小学，中学到大学，免费医药。。。which mean should give free education from kindergarden, primary, secondary till university, free medical.

Ya, all these are the most expensive things to raise a child rite?!

Anyway, I never think so much when having jazzel..To me, she is the gift from God to show the love of me and dd. We have to give her the best and raise her as a happy, cheerful and healthy child.
