Recovering...

Holy Mary, Mother of God, you heard my prayer...thanks to bring back the healthy Jazzel to me..

Jazzel is still under recovering, fever has subsided, left with rashes on her face, tummy, hands and legs. Her gum is also in pain as she refuse to suck milks. Hope she can resume to her usual 150-180ml per feed soon..we have to shortened her feeding interval to make sure she has enough feed. At night, we can hear her stomach got 'glu glu" noise as she is too hungry..but she still refuse milk..really heartpain..she also refuse use syringe to feed, so really need lots of patience with her..hopefully her teeth quickly come out and no more pain pain.

Took leave yesterday to look after Jazzel..the nanny is too tiring as Jazzel is not sleeping well at nite..

Relax on gor gor's bed..make sure no saliva or else gor gor will be very scared!!!

Heartbreaking

Jazzel was having fever since last friday afternoon, pick her up from nanny in the evening and stayed over at sis place. The horror started then...

Friday night - peak fever till 39 degree
Saturday morning- decided to bring her to Doctor Seow
Saturday whole day- poor feeding, fever still on
Saturday night- peak fever till 40.3 degree. Mummy dare not to give more fever medicine as being told 3 times a day.
Sunday morning- dd back from shift work. Rush to kk hospital. Mummy was scolded by nurse why didnt give her fever medicine. I feel so sad and sorry, am a dumb mummy.
Nurse was trying to bring down her fever by putting cold towel on girl girl's head.
They also took a blood test for girl girl. She was crying so loud, must be very painful. My tears just dropped and feel so heartbreaking.
Monday afternoon- fever still no down yet. Bring girl girl back to KK..was give more medicine
Tuesday- fever gone. But a lot of rashes on her face and body. Girl girl was very cranky and made the nanny cannot sleep whole night. I was so guilty and feel sorry for the nanny. I offered to bring jazzel back to take care but nanny said she can handle.

Mother Mary, please hear a mother is praying hard to you..please protect my baby and bring her healthy...Amen.

Times together

dd still on shift work, from day shift to nite shift...from nite shift to day shift...and now even weekends also on shift work. It's really hard for 3 of us spend time together..maybe dd seldom go to see girl girl every evening, i see she dun really like daddy to carry her...she just happy to see daddy, but after daddy carry her for awhile, she is looking for mummy liao :(

Hope this shift work can stop soon...really really soon...we going to start the house renovation also, really stressed if dd still busy with work, i got to do it alone~~~~妈呀!!!

难得dd no work on Sunday, we went to Ikea at Alexandra...Girl girl just cannot sit still in the cab..she is turning here and there, slipping down, climbing from me to dd, dd to me...we just cannot carry her properly

Jazzel turns 8 months

Jazzel turns 8 months today, dd and me take leave today, but not b'cos we want to celebrate for this...heheeee..we make use of today to finalise the design of new house, will come back to this topic later. Back to Jazzel, what is her milestone now??
1. start to crawl a bit..just a bit
2. take 2 meal of porridge a day and 1 portion of fruit
3. able to grab objects well, include round project
4. cry for the things or food she wants
5. seems can talking, we interpret "ti" as calling nanny (auntie), "jie jie" as calling nanny's daughter, papa as calling daddy, but hor she always said papa to nanny's husband *faint*
6. more sticky to me, thats a good sign that warm my heart :)

oh ya, the nanny has cut jazzel's eyelashes for the 2nd time since her 4 months...so next time girl girl's eyelashes will be long and curl..NICE!

ok, now talk about what dd and me do today..Morning i wake up at 630am to pump milk, bath, then dd bath..we are ready to set up by 8am..wait for FIL to fetch us to woodlands as I need to bring all the barang-barang to sis's house...going to stay overnight on this Friday and Saturday as dd is working :(
When reached woodlands, just put down our barang-barang and went downstairs for our breakfast. After breakfast, start to discuss the house design with BIL...go through the quotation, finalised the design, materials, etc. Then all of us (dd, me, BIL, sis, mum, dar dar) dressed up and set up to see lighting, furnitures, curtains..
1st stop: Nova at Jurong
- find nice and suitable dining table/chairs, L-shapes sofa, bedframe, designer stool and dining area lighting.
2nd stop: IMM
- go to one showroom to see the laminate material they used, going to use the same for my bedroom
- Lunch at Ichiban Sushi. Quite surprise their standard has improved so much, better than Sakae Sushi
3rd stop: back to Nova
- forgot to see bedframe previously
4th stop: Balestier Road
- see lightings..BIL will get good discount for us..YEAH!!
5th stop: Opal Cres
- see curtains. Impressed by the small shop, nobody will realised it's a curtain shop as there is no signboard. They are family business which do up the curtains for most showflat in singapore, now expand their business to Dubai.
6th stop: Loyang
- BIL picks up something from friend to bring back Cambodia.
7th stop: Bedok Food Center
- this is the first time dd and me here, tried the famous cheng teng, you yu wong chai and carrot cake. Tapao cheng teng for PIL.
8th stop: Back to woodlands

It's really a very tiring day for dd and me, but also a very fulfilling day for us..at least we are nearer to our target...Really thankful to BIL and sis, they have help us a lot in our new house..Although its a big sum of money we going to spend. But i think worth it as this will be our home sweet home..May God bless us to have everything goes smoothly.

Honey Star Kids

so far we have tried many types of snack for jazzel, she only like certains biscuits..now she likes the honey star, actually not honey flavour, its potato flavour...heeheeee..after the snack, mummy shares some cold ribena with girl girl and of coz she loves it..still making noise when mummy refuse to give more..Girl girl, you not suppose to drink cold drink okie!

Nanny also told me if girl girl likes certain food, she will ask for more..nanny feed her honeydew and its kind of sweet honeydew..so when girl girl finished her portion, she cried for more!! Of coz the nanny didn't give it to her, we have to make Jazzel understand crying is not the way to get things.

NYDC

Long time didn't go NYDC, i love their lemon shiver which always make me awake. Went to Borders at Wheelock to look for some home decor magazine...dear dear suggests we go NYDC, yeah!!! But this time, i didn't order my favourite..get myself a hot latte instead..am too sleepy, must have some caffeine to keep me real awake. Tried their sandwich, not too bad and quite filling.
