Address: 佐敦白加士街47號地下/G/F, 47 Parkes Street, Jordan. Exit C2 from Jordan MTR.
Operating Hours: 730am-11pm
First time experience the fast speed of HK people the moment we stepped in the cafe. The waiter has no patience to wait for us to decide. The breakfast was served in seconds!!!
Breakfast set @ HKD24: Macaroni, Toast bread, scrambled eggs, coffee/tea
Suggested by forumer: 蛋白燉鮮奶 @ HKD18
We find the breakfast so so only, nothing special. The coffee/tea only taste the milk!!! As for the steamed milk pudding, we just had 2 bites as we are not milk person.

From Jordan, we took MTR to Tung Chung (东涌), then take cable car to Lantau Island. That was not the first time we took cable car, but we were shocked about the height and it went over 3 big mountains!!! When reached, found our favourite dessert (Honeymoom Dessert) here again. The Big Buddha at Ngong Ping is one of most distinctive landmark there. 天壇大佛位於大嶼山內的寶蓮寺外,是世界上最大的露天青銅坐像。高度約34米、重250噸,耗資2000萬港元建造。大佛底座分為三層,內有展覽廳。We climbed 256 steps up to see the big buddha and 256 steps down!!!
Next stop: Citygate Outlets Shopping Centre
There are 3 floors of outlet shops - mainly sports wear and other clothing. But it seems there is also a jewellry shop. Tempted to buy a Kate Spade bag but end up still cannot make up my mind. Had our lunch at the Food Republic before heading back to hotel to put down all stuff we bought.
Set off to The Peak to celebrate dd's birthday. Booked the restaurant 2 weeks ago to have a good view seat. There are few ways to get to The Peak.
1) Take Star Ferry from TST to Central, once get off the Star Ferry, walk out of pier to the road, walk on the right along the road, then take Bus 15C to Tram Terminus
2) Take MTR from TST to Central, then took bus 15C to Tram Terminus.
We went by 2nd way as it was Saturday and sure it will be very crowded. The tram will go up in 45 degree, it's suggested to sit on the right side of the tram to have better view. So lucky us to have the right side seat up to The Peak.
Get the 2 In 1 Combo package (Peak Tram + Admission Ticket) to Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum. It was pretty crowded so got to take turn to take photos. Then headed to Bubba Gump for our dinner.
Appetizer: Shrimp & Salsa Cocktail…Shaken, Not Stirred!
Drink: Lt.Dan's Pomegranate Punch (and we get to keep the shaker)
Main Course: Grilled Fish with Cajun Shrimp/ Dixie Style Baby Back Ribs
Overall, we were very happy with the good service from the waitress and her recommendation of the food. It really worth the money!!! Thumbs up!!!
